A group exhibition exploring the enduring influence of the celebrated French artist, Henri Matisse (1869-1954). As the title suggests, the show draws attention to formal affinities between Matisse’s iconic use of pattern, sensuous line and bold abstracted shapes, and the work of the seven other artists on view.
